Initialization

A new session begins with the project handover, current work, recorded decisions, and repository-owned instructions. It then reads deeper only into sources relevant to the task.

Handover

At the end of a session, results, remaining work, blockers, and important decisions are recorded so another assistant environment can continue without relying on the previous conversation.

Integration rather than installation

AMTS is not software and therefore does not need to be installed. Projects adopt the conventions, templates, and workflows that fit them. Tools may support AMTS, but remain interchangeable implementations.
